When will my order ship?

Once an order has been made & processed, it leaves our warehouse within 24 hours.

Dispatch time is 11AM & 3PM Mon – Fri (Except public holidays)

When will my order ship?

Orders are sent via Startrack, Auspost or TNT. Orders are dispatched from our showroom/warehouse in: 52 Hallam S Rd, Hallam 3803.

Deliveries typically arrive within 1-6 business days depending on your state.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with more accurate delivery timeframes based on the carrier, item and your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification and a tracking email provided by Aftership.

Shipping times may vary depending on your State/Region. While we can’t expedite an order once placed, rest assured that we are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.

The shipping times listed on our website are provided as a general guideline.
While we recommend allowing the maximum time frame to receive delivery of your order.
