Things to note before purchasing from a non-approved distributor/dealer

Ensure that the company you choose has the capacity to handle future claims before making a decision. While companies or individuals may offer warranties and reassurance, they may not be operational in the coming years to honour their commitments. Please note that our warranty only applies to direct purchases or those made through our authorised distributors/dealers, and we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise. Explore The Benefits

1. Lower Lifetime Costs

DIY modular floor tiles requiring little to no maintenance requirements. The tiles are impervious to staining, fading, or harsh chemical or fluids.

2. Simple Installation

Safe DIY alternative to epoxy and staining and takes less time. Staining often requires harsh chemicals along with the toxic fumes when applying.

3. High Strength

Protect your concrete floor from damage, can withstand up to 3,120 psi. Heat and cold resistant from -30C to 120C, and are chemically resistant.

4. Multiple Design Options

Multiple design options available and you can easily switch and change your style. Simply remove and change it up.

5. Best Warranty

Warranties for a stained concrete floor can average from no warranty to 1-3 years. FLEXSPEC offers a 10 year to a limited lifetime warranty that is not prorated, with no restocking fees and no hassles.

6. UV Resistanct

Stained concrete flooring is susceptible to discolouration from UV rays and will overtime cause a yellow discolouration. FlexSpec tiles have a UV stabiliser, making them highly fade resistant.

7. Take it With You

One of the biggest benefits of the investment you’ll make with FLEXSPEC is that you can take your FLEXSPEC system with you if you move to a new home or your new business.

8. Slip Resistant

Built with a self-draining design that provides a clean, dry surface. FLEXSPEC tiles also have a slip-resistant surface when wet.
