10 Years Warranty Terms

FLEXSPEC warrants our products to be free of all defects in material for 10 years from date of original purchase, as long as it is operated and maintained according to FLEXSPEC installation instructions. This warranty extends to the original buyer ONLY with original purchase receipt. FLEXSPEC will repair or replace, free of charge, any part proving defective in material.

All expenses related to replacing or repairing the defective product/tile(s) under this warranty shall be assumed by FLEXSPEC.

Non-Approved Distributors/Dealers

Please note: we are aware of some companies or individuals that purchase tiles from us and resell them at a higher price and/or rebrand our tiles. Please be aware that when purchasing from a non-approved distributor/dealer you must deal directly with them for any warranty claims.

Ensure that the company you choose has the capacity to handle future claims before making a decision. No, our tiles are fade-resistant due to our UV Stabiliser mixed into the material as well as the colour pigments, making them highly fade resistant and non-slip. Polyprophelene: What is it?

Our tiles are resistant to almost everything except for battery acid. Make sure to keep away from direct heat sources such as butane torches as well.

Our systems have perforations which allow water to quickly flow through the tile leaving a clean, dry, and safe surface.

What are the standard and average garage sizes in Australia?

Single car garage min 3m x 5.4m (16.2m2) = 102 tiles
Australian average 3.6m x 6m (21.6m2) = 135 Tiles

Double car garage min 5.4m x 5.4m (29.16m2) = 183 Tiles
